  • Battle Sisters Squad

The Battle Sisters make up the vast majority of each of the Orders Militant, gunning down heretic, xenos and traitor alike with their holy trinity of weaponry – bolter, melta and flamer. They are the foot soldiers of the Emperor, his sword of defiance and his shield indomitable. Beneath their thundering bolters countless aliens, mutants, traitors and heretics have met their doom. Wherever they advance across the battlefield the light of the Emperor spreads like a holy dawn, manifesting in miracles that see the bolts and blasts of the enemy turned impossibly aside or the foe consumed by the fires of righteous retribution. Onwards the Battle Sisters march, their exultant prayers ringing out all the more stridently at these breathtaking proofs of the Emperor’s manifest divinity, and with every squeeze of their triggers they despatch more of the unworthy abominations that dare stand against the Master of Mankind.

This kit builds 10 Battle Sisters and 1 Incensor Cherub. The Battle Sisters are equipped with boltguns, though up to two of them can be assembled with a special weapon (storm bolter, meltagun or flamer). Alternatively, one Battle Sister may carry a special weapon while another bears a heavy weapon (heavy bolter or heavy flamer). One of your Battle Sisters can carry a sacred Simulacrum Imperialis, with two variant options mounted atop the pole. The components also enable you to build a Sister Superior armed with a chainsword or power sword and a choice of ranged weapons, including a condemnor boltgun or combi-weapon (combi-flamer, -melta or -plasma).

This set is supplied in 179 plastic components and contains 10x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Citadel 25mm Round Base. An Adepta Sororitas Transfer Sheet is also included.

  • Battledress Green

Battledress Green - Formulated for the ultimate hobby experience

Developed and used by the leading professionals in the hobby miniatures industry, Formula P3 paints, brushes, and hobby tools bring your miniatures to life.

Privateer Press spent years designing the Formula P3 paint line. Here are a few reasons why it is the best miniature paint on the market.

    Great Colors:
The key colors for WARMACHINE and HORDES come in base and highlight shades to make their application intuitive.

    Workable Drying Time:
With an extended drying time, you can blend and mix paints without fear of wasting your paint or employing retardants or flow extenders.

    Wear Resistant:
The formula dries to a hard and satin finish resistant to chipping. You won't fear handling your finished miniatures.

    Liquid Pigment:
Unlike other paints, Formula P3 uses liquid pigments. It never separates when thinned and retains brightness after thinning and drying.

    Superior Coverage:
Formula P3 often covers in a single coat - even over a black undercoat.

The Astra Militarum defend the Imperium with a dizzying array of units, from heavy artillery pieces and tanks to masses of infantry. Depending on what the regiment has available, and on the mission parameters, they assemble tailored platoons to distribute across the front lines.

    Bring in the Big Guns

This stuffed box is ideal for starting a new Astra Militarum collection – or expanding an existing army – to deploy in games of Warhammer 40,000, and it saves money compared to buying the kits separately. Led by a ruthless Commissar to ensure their steadfast loyalty, the core of the force is composed of infantry units, including a Cadian Command Squad. In support are 2 Field Ordnance Teams, while a Basilisk and Rogal Dorn Battle Tank add some serious firepower to take care of anything your opponent brings to the table. When taken together, they are a balanced, durable force that punches hard, and can seize and hold objectives easily.

This boxed set builds 20 multipart plastic Astra Militarum miniatures:
    – 1 Commissar
    – 5 Cadian Command Squad miniatures
    – 2 Field Ordnance Teams
    – 1 Rogal Dorn Battle Tank
    – 1 Basilisk
    – 10 Cadian Shock Troops

The miniatures in this box are easy to customise. The Commissar can be assembled with either a vicious chainsword or a single-edged power sword, both with a wrist-mounted power pack.

The Cadian Shock Troops is a versatile kit. Each soldier is armed with frag grenades and a reliable lasgun, and they're led by a Sergeant armed with either a drum-fed autogun, or a chainsword with a laspistol or bolt pistol. The kit includes a flamer, grenade launcher, meltagun, and plasma gun – as well as a vox-caster. You'll also find loads of cosmetic options, with more than 20 different heads, plus sandbags, combat knives, a spade, a spare helmet, and plenty of bedrolls.

The Cadian Command Squad is made up of a Cadian Commander and four Veteran Guardsmen. The Cadian Commander is armed with your choice of a laspistol, bolt pistol, or plasma pistol in one hand, and a chainsword, power sword, or power fist in the other. Each of the accompanying Veterans is equipped differently – one field medic with a lasgun and medi-pack, one vox operator with a laspistol and master vox system, one bodyguard with a laspistol and your choice of chainsword, power sword, or power fist, and one standard bearer carrying a lasgun alongside a regimental standard. The bodyguard and banner bearer can each instead be built as weapons specialists, armed with your choice of a flamer, grenade launcher, meltagun, or plasma gun. The kit includes cosmetic choices to make your Command Squad stand out, like magnoculars, slung and stowed weapons, 3 finials for the regimental standard, and loads of different head and basing options that can be mixed and matched around the squad.

The Field Ordnance Teams each feature a gunner and 2 spotters or loaders, crewing your choice of heavy gun – a malleus rocket launcher, bombast field gun, or heavy lascannon. The spotters and loaders are also armed with lasguns and frag grenades. The crew members can be mixed up with a variety of cosmetic options, including 12 different heads and a variety of arms, ammunition, poses, and accessories. The gun carriage can be optionally built without the gunner, and thanks to a partial glueless assembly, the carriage's legs can pivot, or the carriage can be built with its legs closed.

The Basilisk can optionally be upgraded with a dozer blade, hunter-killer missile, and armoured tracks. The Basilisk's cannon can be assembled gluelessly, allowing you to adjust its angle of fire, and features a firing platform to its rear, with components to build a gunner with a choice of heads and arms. The kit includes other accessories to customise your vehicle, including bedrolls, entrenching gear, a spotlight, spare fuel, hatch options, and aquila sigils.

The Rogal Dorn Battle Tank’s primary turret-mounted weapon can be your choice of twin battle cannon, or an oppressor cannon with a coaxial autocannon mounted on its side. A secondary hard point on the hull mounts either a castigator gatling cannon or a pulveriser cannon. The kit includes optional sponson mounts armed with a pair of heavy bolters or multi-meltas, while optional forward mounts can house heavy stubbers or meltaguns. The tank's tracks can be upgraded with additional armour, and you'll also find extensive cosmetic options, including tow hooks, viewing slits, extra fuel, a searchlight, and stowed equipment. There are 3 crew members, including a spotter, tank officer, and a gunner for the pintle-mounted heavy stubber, which can be built with 5 head options or replaced with closed hatches.

Beast Hide - Formulated for the ultimate hobby experience

Then the bloodthirsty braying begins. The Beasts of Chaos emerge from woodland knots and rocky outcrops, bellowing their savage battle cries as they fall upon their prey. They are the true children of Chaos, and through them anarchy and ruin are spread across the lands of the civilised races.

The very latest formulation of this range uses new resins that have been selected for qualities which up till now could not be achieved in water based colors. The strength, resistance and covering power of Game Air is superior to any acrylic airbrush colour currently available.  Game Air is also ideal for application by brush to highlight the smallest detail on a miniature. The pigments have been selected according to their degree of light fastness and optimum micronisation. The effects of washes and transparencies can be obtained by diluting the colors and all the colours and varnishes can be mixed together and diluted with airbrush thinner.

    Game Air Colours

The colours in the Game Air range have been selected to appeal to modelers and wargamers who use the existing Game Color range, so are ideal for all fantasy modelling. The names and shades of the most popular colors of Game Color have been retained in Game Air, but using the finer formulation and resins employed for Model Air (see Equivalency Table). In the color chart we include a diagram of the most frequent colour combinations: base color, light and shadow.

    Surfaces

Game Air has exceptional performance on all materials. The adhesion of the colours on resin, plastic, steel and white metal is extraordinary. Moreover the surfaces do not require previous priming. Only in the case of a very dark base may it be useful to first apply a primer in order to increase the brightness of the final colors.

    How to Use

Shake well before using. Pour the paint directly into the airbrush, either undiluted or previously diluted with Thinner (71.261). Colors can be mixed in the cup of the airbrush. Game Air dries almost instantly on the model and permits immediate application of aging processes as well as the use of washes, pigments, and dry-brush techniques.

  • Black Coach

The Black Coaches is a multi-part plastic kit containg the components necessary to assemble a Black Coach. Constructed from heavy wooden panels with rivets straining against the ethereal power within, this is a funerary carriage whose drapes are tied back, making a grisly casket within visible; this houses a bound vampire, who can be seen should you choose to model the casket with its lid off. The wheels are wrought from ornate iron – 2 small wheels at the front, 2 larger wheels at the back – with skulls and hourglasses representing death dotted symbolically around. 3 Relic Bearers are careening alongside the Coach, carrying a sword, book and goblet, the personal effects of the vampire being transported. A Cairn Wraith is driving the Coach forward, who can be modelled wearing either a hood or a crown – he can carry a soulreach grasp, a reaper scythe or be modelled with empty, gesturing hands. 4 Nightmares pull the Coach, borne aloft on wisps of ethereal energy – the 2 front Nightmares wear enormous spiked funeral crests.

This kit comes as 58 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 170mm Oval base.

  • Black Ops Tactical Espionage Wargaming

Black Ops is a skirmish wargame of tactical espionage combat that recreates the tension and excitement of modern action-thrillers such as the Bond and Bourne films. The fast-play rules keep all the players in the thick of the action, while the mission generator provides a wide range of options for scenarios - from stealthy extraction or surveillance missions to more overt raids and assaults. Stealth, combat, and technical expertise all have a role to play, and players may recruit a number of different operative types - spies, mercenaries, criminals, hackers, special forces, and many more - to recruit the best possible team for the job. Players may also choose to join a faction - powerful organizations, intelligence agencies, criminal syndicates, militaries, or rebel groups, each with a stake in international affairs. By doing so, their team may receive certain benefits, but may also find itself limited at a crucial time. With the variety offered by the characters, factions, and scenarios, no two games of Black Ops should ever be the same!

  • Black Powder Crimean War British Line Infantry

The thin red line! There are few more glorious military spectacles than the measured tread of Her Majesty’s line regiments wheeling by division the marching at their steady pace towards their enemies – unflinching, unafraid, and unstoppable.

If war has any glory in it at all, it can be found in the splendid turnout and resplendence of the British Army and its fabulously dressed soldiery of the Crimean War.

The men of the line regiments, of which over fifty served in the campaign into the Crimea, may not have been saints, and many had enlisted simply to avoid jail or the poorhouse, but they behaved magnificently when put to the test against the Russians.

At the Alma, at Sevastopol, at Inkerman – the redcoats did their bit for Queen and country five-fold, many losing their lives or their limbs. The Crimean War has been described as the first modern war, but has just as accurately been described as the last old-fashioned war – the troops being led to death or glory by officers who had fought at Waterloo all those years earlier! Sadly neglect, incompetent commanders, and disease killed far more British soldiers than the Russians ever did – a poor reward for extraordinary service.

  • Black Powder Crimean War Russian Line Infantry

The bulk of the Imperial Russian Army that faced the allied nations of Great Britain, France, Sardinia and the Ottomans comprised the stoic infantrymen clad in their green and white uniforms, often covered by a drab greatcoat.

Singing their hymns to Mother Russia, the simple peasant stock that filled Russian regiments had a fervent belief in their Tzar and an equal belief in the bayonet due to their poor musketry skills and old weapons.

The Russians were able to call on a colossal pool of manpower although the individual soldier was on the whole poorly trained, equipped and led. Despite these shortcomings nobody could doubt their bravery – the soldiers were used to privation and sacrifice throughout warfare with the great Ottoman Empire for many years.

  • Black Seas: Gunboat Squadron

In Black Seas, Gunboat squadrons are tiny vessels. This means that they are extremely difficult to hit, but are vulnerable to collisions from larger vessels, particularly if that vessel was travelling at speed. They mount only a single light cannon and are too small to allow for upgrades - their relative evasiveness, however, means that they will be difficult to deal with in battle. Contains 3 resin & metal ships

  • Black Seas: Royal Navy 3rd Rates Squadron

This box set outfits you with three Royal Navy Third-Rate-Ships-of-the-line. Building upon the superb third rate plastic sprues, the box contains additional metal components to make the following famous vessels, all of which were present at the Battle of Trafalgar!

HMS Bellerophon - This 74 gun third rate has a long and storied history, serving during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars. Whilst most of this time was spent on blockades or convoy escort duties, she distinguished herself in three fleet actions: The Glorious First of June, the Battle of the Nile, and the Battle of Trafalgar. At Trafalgar, she fought an embittered battle against both Spanish and French ships and suffered heavy losses including the death of her Captain, John Cooke.

After Trafalgar, she resumed blockade duties around France, as well as performing more escort duties in North America between 1813 and 1814. Assigned to blockade Rochefort in 1815, HMS Bellepheron was the vessel on which Napoleon came aboard to officially surrender to the British following his defeat at Waterloo (finding his escape to America blocked).

HMS Revenge - Launched on 13 April 1805, HMS Revenge was a 74-gun third rate. She was one of a larger class of 74s with 24-pounder guns on the upper deck rather than the more common 18-pounders.

Newly commissioned, and under the command of Captain Robert Moorsom, she served at the Battle of Trafalgar in Admiral Collingwood's column. She would continue to serve until 1842.

HMS Tonnant - An 80-gun third-rate of the Royal Navy, she was originally the lead ship of the French Tonnant class captured by the British at the Siege of Toulon (August 1793), recaptured by the French at the break of the Siege (December 1793) and subsequently recaptured by Horatio Nelson's fleet at Aboukir Bay during the Battle of the Nile (1 August 1978). She would go on to fight at the Battle of Trafalgar against the French.

Tonnant was the flagship of Vice-Admiral Sir Alexander Cochrane over the majority of the Chesapeake Bay campaigns as part of the War of 1812. Of particular note, Francis Scott Key dined aboard the Tonnant as part of a prisoner release negotiation. As a result of their inferred knowledge of the forthcoming attack on Baltimore at Fort McHenry. As a result, he and his fellows were not allowed to return until after the attack. It was in witnessing the bombardment of Fort McHenry that Key wrote the poem 'Defence of Fort M'Henry' later to become "The Star Spangled Banner".

  • Black Seas: Spanish Navy 1st Rate Ship-of-the-Line

First-rate ships of the line are the ultimate vessel in Black Seas. These ships pack a tremendous punch and can take quite the pummelling. Any enemy unfortunate enough to be caught in the broadside of a 1st Rate is not likely to be around long enough to take the tale. 1st Rates also have access to the greatest quantity and wealth of customisation and upgrade options in the game.

Spanish 1st Rates are especially characterful when utilising the national special rules in the game. Many Spanish vessels were extremely heavily armed, and thus can take the ’Over Gunned’ upgrade for no additional cost. This bonus does not come without penalty however, as such bulky ships were difficult to sail. They must therefore pass a skill test when attempting to sail at a quicker rate of knots. Veteran crews are also not allowed to be taken on such ‘Over Gunned’ 1st Rates ships.
