No Quibble Returns Policy

We will exchange goods or give you a refund to the value of the goods, provided that you phone us on 07421 131 291 during shop opening hours, within 14 days of receipt, and return the goods unopened. You will be given a returns number which should be quoted in correspondence detailing the item(s) being returned.

Any exchanged goods will be sent at no additional postage cost however you will bear the return postage costs.

This meets the requirements of the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations.

During the Christmas period from 15th December to 15th January this notice period is extended to 21 working days to allow for unwanted gifts.
