  • Blackstone Fortress

As vast and dark as a sunless void, the Blackstone Fortress is a creation far beyond the ken of any race in the galaxy. In this age of darkness, in a galaxy riven with strife and horror, the desperate and intrepid alike search this Fortress for long-lost technologies that may be used to turn the tide of war.

In Warhammer Quest Blackstone Fortress, you and your friends take on the role of a group of disparate explorers delving into the labyrinthine halls of a vast and ancient space station. Only by working together and balancing your strength and skills can you hope to survive. With each expedition, you will discover powerful archeotech and learn more of the Blackstone Fortress’ closely guarded secrets, including, perhaps, the location of its greatest treasure. The game can be played solo, or with up to 4 friends, with the fifth player controlling the hostiles. At the end of each expedition, the players return to the nearby port city of Precipice to rest, recuperate, and trade their loot for resources that will aid in their next adventure.

  • Bladegheist Revenants

Moving like a ghostly cyclone, the creatures known as Bladegheist Revenants spin in a frenetic fashion. They are souls taken from those who met particularly tormenting ends – those sealed in spike-riddled encasements, choked beneath water or buried alive. Their last living thoughts were a frenzy of desperation, a last flurry of defiance in an attempt to break free. Thanks to Nagash’s terrible curse, that horrible ending moment has been preserved forever in the Bladegheist Revenants.

This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 10 Bladegheist Revenants. Eternally tormented spirits, they are clad in tattered cloaks which fade away into ethereal elements, appropriate to the panicked, frantic fighting style they exemplify. Each is posed swooping and jinking unpredictably; the chains that bind them to Shyish are swinging wildly about their forms. Within the cloaks, metallic face masks peer out – there are 10 of these included, each a different design, which can be modelled on any cloak assembly you desire. There are 10 tomb greatblades included, each of which is slightly different.

This kit comes as 43 components, and is supplied with 10 32mm Round bases.

  • Blades of Khorne Skull Altar

Wherever Khorne's followers do battle they raise up Skull Altars – dread monuments from which to offer tribute to the Blood God and receive his blessings in return. Rising from the ground, the Skull Altar is formed out of the violent tributes heaped in offering for Khorne’s Throne.

Available at no matched play points cost to any Khorne army, the Skull Altar is a terrain piece that makes your Slaughterpriests even more powerful. When near it, they’ll be able to re-roll their crucial prayer and judgement rolls, allowing you to unleash your favourite Judgements of Khorne or get off key bonuses without a hitch. Meanwhile, nearby Wizards will find it harder to cast spells – Khorne has no time for those who would rely on sorcery to win their battles!

This set builds one Skull Altar. Once complete, you'll have enough room on top to mount a Khorne Hero of your choice. Covered in baroque and grisly detail, it’s a great centrepiece to your Khorne collection and incredibly useful in game.

This set is supplied in 21 plastic components.

  • Blades of Khorne Slaughterpriest

Looming over his Bloodbound brethren, his face locked into a permanent rictus of raging hatred, the Slaughterpriest is literally swollen with the force of Chaos. Demagogues capable of boiling enemies alive with a roared prayer, their booming chants fill everything around them with mindless rage, causing them to disregard any concept of self-preservation and fling themselves into battle with mindless fury. Slaughterpriests are notorious for gaining their hideous power by drinking the blood of the fallen foe; this grisly tribute to Khorne causes their limbs to stretch and bones to harden, turning them into brutes rightly feared across the realms.

This multi-part plastic kit gives you everything necessary to build one Slaughterpriest, one of the most dedicated and deranged disciples of the Blood God. A single-pose miniature bristling with broken metal restraints embedded in his flesh, he features a huge, protruding bone mutation along his spine and over his shoulders. Armed with a bloodbathed axe, he comes as ten components and includes a Citadel 40mm Round base.

  • Blades Of Khorne: Realmgore Ritualist

Realmgore Ritualists curse both the enemies of Khorne and the land itself. These bloody-handed mystagogues lay blasphemous hexes upon the foe to sap their strength, and carve bleeding runes into the very earth, invoking gorey miracles and auras of rage that drive their allies to commit relentless acts of sacred violence.

This multipart plastic kit builds a Realmgore Ritualist, a Khornate priest devoted to sanctifying the land in blood. Clad in a skull-mask and grisly ritual garb, this sinister priest wields a ritual dagger seemingly carved from bone – equally useful for enacting blood rites and stabbing foes in the heart. They're posed stepping up to a dais scattered with sacrificial remains and dark runic scratchings, skull-topped staff reaching into the skies.

This kit comprises 10 plastic components and comes with a Citadel 32mm Round Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

  • Blood Bowl Norse Team

Norse teams enjoy nothing more than a good scrap – and that’s certainly how they perform best on the pitch! Norscans have spent their entire lives in the harsh, freezing north, making them quite a tough bunch. These hardened players excel in getting up close and personal with the opposition, throwing blocks left and right as they mercilessly hammer their way to the end zone – and no doubt the tavern that lies beyond!

Of course, it’s not only about causing a punch-up in the middle of the gridiron; there is also the small matter of scoring those all-important touchdowns. Norse teams work best when they can use their abundance of hitting power to punch a hole in the opposition’s defence, allowing their Valkyries to use their impressive speed to run through and claim victory.

The multi-part kit is comprised of 120 plastic components with which you can assemble the Norsca Rampagers, a Norse team for use in games of Blood Bowl. The team is made up of 6 Norse Raider Linemen, 2 Beer Boar, 2 Norse Berserkers, 2 Ulfwereners and 2 Valkyries. In addition, there are 2 double-sided Blood Bowl coins, 2 turn and re-roll markers, 4 balls, and a transfer sheet with 292 decals.

The rules for using Norse teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Spike! Journal 14. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.

  • Blood Bowl Ogre

Able to smash, crash and bash through even the toughest opponents, Ogres provide Human teams with that touch of utter brutality sometimes missing from their rosters. It’s not that the Humans they play alongside are puny, far from it – it’s just that sometimes a wall of linemen needs to be shattered, and an Ogre can get the job done much more quickly, and with much nastier results. It’s just more efficient!

This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a Blood Bowl Ogre. He comes supplied with a 32mm Blood Bowl round base, featuring a hole to slot the ball into when your miniature has possession.

  • Blood Bowl Ogre Team Pitch & Dugouts

Ogre stadia would be ruggedly handsome, nestled as they often are high up in the mountains, were it not for the bloodstains and craters full of picked-over bones. If you're into that sort of thing, it’s extra pretty. If not, they can be a little less than welcoming.

One side of this pitch features a barren, rocky field, dominated by a toothy ogre-faced pit filled with the remains of their last team, or meal, as they like to call it. The other side features the same pitch, but covered in snowfall after a winter blizzard, with some ominous red ‘markings’ for the End Zones…

The pack also contains matching double-sided dugouts, replete with a score, goal and re-roll trackers, plus boxes for Reserves, Knocked Out and Serious Injuries. Rules to use both sides of the pitch are included for your reference.

  • Blood Bowl Snotling Pitch & Dugouts

The fields that Snotling teams use as their home grounds better resemble a bog than a usable Blood Bowl pitch – something that can be partly attributed to the fact that Snotling teams win very few games, and earn little gold with which to improve their facilities. Games played on these festering quagmires are particularly treacherous, for a thick, cloying marsh can cause even the most sure-footed runner to become bogged down, while the fungi that litter the playing surface are prone to expelling clouds of choking spores at seemingly random moments...

One side of the pitch is muddy and dank, with moss and fungi scattered across it and a prominent Snotling Team icon in the centre. On the other side, the mushrooms have multiplied, and the air is choked with green spores.

You'll also find a pair of matching double-sided dugouts to complete the theme. Redesigned for the latest edition of the game, each dugout features score, turn, and re-roll trackers, plus Reserves, Knocked-out, and Casualty boxes.

    – Star Player Spotlight: Ripper Bolgrot – this shockingly intelligent Troll mounted a successful legal battle to get Ugroth Bolgrot banned from Blood Bowl! His accomplishments on the pitch are equally impressive…

    – Dirt from the Dugout: Mindy Piewhistle digs into the current trend of hiring Snotlings at Blood Bowl stadiums, and the somewhat less-than-desirable outcomes of the practice

  • Blood Bowl Spike! Journal Issue 9

Stephan Half-Elf is our (very appropriate) guest editor for a very special issue of the dedicated Blood Bowl background and rules magazine, Spike! Journal. He takes a look at something rather unusual – mixed teams that combine players from different races and cultures into something altogether new! Find out how they get along (or don't), how to build your roster and achieve victory on the gridiron.

This issue’s format may be different, focusing on three teams instead of one, but you'll still find everything you need to play as one of three new types of hybrid teams!

    – Misfits and Malcontents: lore and rules for Chaos Renegade Teams comprised of renegades from nearly every race and background. You'll also find background on famous teams like the Chaos All-Stars and a full profile of the Mongrel Horde.

    – Renegade Playbooks: offers some insight into playing incredibly diverse teams, and building them up over time to suit your play style.

    – Star Player Spotlight: Ugroth Bulgrot, “The Other Ripper”. Not to be confused with Ripper Bulgrot, Ugroth eschewed hard work and training to cash in on the chainsaw craze.

    – Dirt from the Dugout: Mindy Piewhistle returns to dish about why you don't see many Elves in mixed company, let alone mixed Blood Bowl teams.

    – Underground, Overground, Sportsmanship Free: The term Underworld Denizens covers teams made up primarily of Goblins, Trolls, and Skaven. You’ll find a full breakdown of lore, rules, and a profile of the Underworld Creepers!

    – The Quick and the Cowardly: An Underworld Denizens team includes quite an unusual mix of players, but they can be a blast to play. Read up on some tips to make the most of them.

    – Star Player Spotlight: Glart Smashrip is a truly fat rat. Inspired to out-bulk a famous Minotaur player, Glart throws his weight around on the pitch with deadly results, earning a foul reputation alongside an impressive record.

    – Chat with the Rat: Hackspit Quillchewer digs deep to uncover the ugly truth about mutations in Skaven society.

    – Allies of Inconvenience: Teams of the Old World Alliance are formed from the natural admixture of civilised (relatively) Humans, Dwarfs, Halflings and Ogres in some of the great cities of the Old World. You'll find riveting background on famous teams, plus a dedicated profile of the Middenheim Maulers.

    – Old World Style: At once tough, versatile, hard-hitting, and slippery, these teams seem to have it all. Our experts break down the options to help you build a winning combination.

    – Star Player Spotlight: Helmut Wulf was one of the first players to pick up a chainsaw, and he remains one of the best.

    – Mixed Fortunes: a smorgasbord of Star Players hailing from a variety of races and backgrounds, who are attracted to the motley nature of mixed teams by their very misfit nature.

The Altern Forest version blends in nicely with your Halflings (including the infamous Akhorne the Squirrel), while the Loren Forest Treeman features an ornate face mask that looks right at home in a Wood Elf team. • Blood Bowl: Amazon Team

Highly skilled and agile, Amazons are among the very best players of Nuffle’s sacred game. These warrior-athletes possess an exceptional blend of agility, tactical prowess, and violence that makes them thrilling to watch on the pitch, with an acrobatic style of play honed by years spent darting through dense rainforest and evading apex predators. With tactics moulded around the deadliest animals of their jungle home, these players unleash vicious hit-and-run moves that dazzle Blood Bowl fans and opponents alike.

On the pitch, Amazon teams are a force to behold – though relatively lightly armoured, their agility allows them to dance around sluggish teams, while raining down blows on the Old World's complacent weaklings. With a fearsome reputation as both warriors and players, it’s no surprise that these explosively agile teams regularly crush competition at the very top of the sport.

The multipart plastic kit allows you to assemble the Kara Temple Harpies, an Amazon team for use in games of Blood Bowl. The team is made up of 6 Eagle Warrior Linewomen, 2 Piranha Warrior Blitzers, 2 Python Warrior Throwers, and 2 Jaguar Warrior Blockers. • Blood Bowl: Black Orc Team

Black Orcs have been splitting off and forming their own teams for years now. Smarter, stronger, and more serious than their kin, they were tired of soaking up all the big hits and giving up all the glory. Their biggest weakness is a lack of speed – but that's where the Goblins come in. Well drilled in comparison to their peers, the little guys are quick to run the ball through any gaps the Black Orcs open up for them. Even the trolls on Black Orc teams are well trained, which is an impressive feat!

Teams like the Thunder Valley Greenskins have made a name for themselves with their impressive athleticism and discipline as much as their capacity for grievous violence. If you like your plays rather unsubtle, this is the team for you. Grind down the pitch, crushing the other players underfoot, until your Goblins are close enough to make a dash for the End Zone. Score. Repeat.

Incredibly strong on offence and hard to shift on defence, a well-managed Black Orc team is a fearsome thing to face off against across the Line of Scrimmage.

This multipart plastic kit contains all the components you need to build the Thunder Valley Greenskins, a Black Orc team for use in games of Blood Bowl. It contains 12 players:
    – 6 Black Orcs
    – 6 Goblin Bruiser Linemen

You'll also find 2 turn counters, 2 coins, 4 balls (2 with sturdy spikes and 2 with a horned beast icon), 12 32mm Round Blood Bowl bases, and a transfer sheet.

  • Blood Bowl: Chaos Dwarf Team

The Chaos Dwarfs approach Blood Bowl in the same way they tackle a new project in the workshop – plan meticulously for far too long, practise until they have achieved one successful test, before throwing a good chunk of that out of the window in favour of hammering away with as much ferocity as they can muster. This approach has served them incredibly well when it comes to action on the gridiron, where their physical dominance is hard to overlook.

This multipart plastic kit builds the Zharr-Naggrund Ziggurats, a Chaos Dwarf team for use in games of Blood Bowl. The team is comprised of six Hobgoblin Linemen, four Chaos Dwarf Blockers, two Hobgoblin Sneaky Stabbas, and two Chaos Dwarf Flamesmiths. You'll find two head options for every body, plus more options to customise your team. In addition, there are two double-sided Blood Bowl coins, two turn and re-roll markers, four themed balls, and a transfer sheet.

Rules for using Chaos Dwarf teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Spike! Journal: Issue 18, which is available separately.

This kit comprises 122 plastic components, and is supplied with 14x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Blood Bowl Chaos Dwarf Team Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

  • Blood Bowl: Chaos Dwarf Team Pitch & Dugouts

Chaos Dwarfs are well-known for their love of arid heat, being underground, and Blood Bowl. All of that makes volcanoes excellent locations for the Chaos Dwarfs to build their stadiums within – carving the stands from the stone walls, redirecting bubbling lava flows towards the outskirts of the field, and constructing large iron monuments to honour both Hashut and Nuffle. The downside of choosing a volcano as a stadium is ensuring that there is a strict evacuation procedure in place to protect the fans, should the molten pinnacle decide to erupt mid-match!

One side of this pitch depicts a stone gridiron built inside of an active volcano. The reverse shows lava beginning to flow across the pitch ahead of the volcano's imminent eruption. Opposing players will be quaking in their boots.

You'll also find a pair of matching double-sided dugouts to complete the theme. Each dugout features score, turn, and re-roll trackers, plus Reserves, Knocked-out, and Casualty boxes. Rules for using each side of the pitch in your games of Blood Bowl are included.

  • Blood Bowl: Dark Elf Team

Naggaroth Nightmares Blood Bowl Team contains the components necessary to assemble the Naggaroth Nightmares, a Dark Elf Blood Bowl team.

The team consists of 6 Linemen, 2 Blitzers, 2 Runners and 2 Witch Elves – each is clad in some pretty spikesome armour, with the hides of Cold Ones draped over their shoulders. The Witch Elves are ...slightly less armoured, and can be modelled either with hands pointing imperiously toward their opponents – or clutching a still-beating heart. The Linemen have 3 different designs of head.

There are a host of extras in the kit – 2 turn markers, 2 double-sided score coins featuring a Dark Elves icon and 4 balls – 2 kraken eggs (with protruding tentacles) and 2 balls made from the hide of a Cold One, lacking pegs.

Supplied with 12 32mm Blood Bowl bases, a 1,000,000 GP roster and a Dark Elf transfer sheet.
