  • Codex: T'au Empire Discontinued

The T’au are a young and dynamic race of technologically advanced aliens whose empire is spreading like wildfire across the stars. Ruled and guided by the enigmatic Ethereals, the T’au seek to unite every sentient being under the light of the T’au’va, or Greater Good. At the forefront of this fight are the Hunter Cadres of the Fire Caste. Comprising highly mobile and well-armed soldiery, led and supported by veteran warriors piloting deadly battlesuits, gunships and strike fighters, these armies sweep all before them in a blizzard of devastating firepower. • Codex: Thousand Sons

The Thousand Sons advance into battle amidst gouts of kaleidoscopic warpflame and bolts of raw sorcery. At their heart stride the Rubricae, implacable warriors who level salvo after salvo against the foe, marching at the command of the mighty Sorcerers who rule their fractured Legion. Around them come shrieking herds of Tzaangor, chanting cultists, twisted war engines, and immense beasts whose very presence triggers madness and mutation.

Led by the towering figure of the Daemon Primarch Magnus the Red, these sanity-blasting hosts surge into battle to work the will of Tzeentch. Everything they do furthers the labyrinthine plans of their deity. • Codex: Tyranids

The Tyranids are an all-consuming alien swarm from beyond the known galaxy. Driven by the vast and ineffable intellect of the Hive Mind, their tendrils drive into fresh systems with every passing hour. These single-minded metapredators cannot be reasoned with, bought off, or put to flight. They seek only to strip each new world they encounter, devouring every shred of biomass to feed the relentless advance of the hive fleets and leaving dead, airless husks in their wake.

Endlessly adaptable, the Tyranids possess no mechanical technology. Instead, their weapons and wargear are symbiotic or parasitic organisms, bonded with their wielders and capable of annihilating prey with hails of bio-acid, living projectiles, and ravaging psionic energies. From seething masses of warrior organisms to malevolent leader-beasts and walking battle-tank-sized monsters, the Tyranid swarms are as nightmarish as they are unstoppable.

This book is an essential guide for anyone who wants to collect Tyranids and unleash the power of the Hive Mind on the tabletop. Inside these pages, you’ll find all the rules you need to play a Tyranids army in games of Warhammer 40,000 – including Crusade and Combat Patrol rules – along with detailed accounts of their rapacious behaviour, divergent hive fleets, horrifying biotechnology, and invasions past and present.

Inside this 120-page hardback book, you'll find:
    – In-depth background information exploring the alien nature and murky origins of the Tyranids, from their nightmarish biology to the history of the Tyrannic Wars
    – Stunning artwork highlighting the horrifying variety and vast scope of these ever-evolving xenos swarms
    – 47 datasheets detailing the profiles, wargear, and unique abilities of every Tyranids unit, from swarming Termagants to the mighty Norn Emissary
    – Six themed Detachments for Tyranids armies, such as the Invasion Fleet and Crusher Stampede, each with their own set of special rules

  • Codex: World Eaters

Fanatical devotees of Khorne’s creed, the World Eaters Traitor Legion is formed of unnumbered warbands who slaughter their way across the galaxy in the Blood God’s name. They have taken countless skulls and rendered hundreds of worlds void of life to honour their bloody patron. The World Eaters are the progeny of the Daemon Primarch Angron. Few forces in the galaxy share the bottomless hatred and rage they draw upon in battle, their unparalleled ferocity multiplied by the Butcher’s Nails implanted into their brains. These devices pound relentlessly, demanding blood and slaughter, and the World Eaters are only too willing to acquiesce.

Khorne Berzerkers charge headlong into the foe, bellowing war cries and oaths to the Blood God and his Skull Throne, chain weapons revving with murderous intent. With them come the monstrous, daemon-possessed Eightbound, flesh-hungry Daemon Engines, and hosts of blood-crazed Jakhals. Obsessed with butchery, the World Eaters hack apart any who stand before them, rendering all up as offerings to Khorne. These beasts of war are a fast-moving force that surge to get up-close and personal with the foe, delivering the killing blow while staring them in the eye.

This bloody tome is a must-have guide for those who collect and play the servants of the Skull Throne. It contains all the rules needed to play a World Eaters army along with a forbidden library of sanguine lore. Learn about the initial seeds of Angron’s betrayal, the gory battles of Khârn the Betrayer – Khorne’s most ardent Heretic Astartes champion – and the blood-crazed hordes which make up this most feared of Traitor Legions.

Inside this 88-page hardback book, you'll find:
    – In-depth background information on the World Eaters, from the dark days of the Horus Heresy to millenia spent in exile across the warp
    – Bloody artwork featuring gruesome depictions of World Eaters slaking their fury across the galaxy

  • Commander Farsight

There is no figure in T'au history as divisive as Commander O'Shovah. The most famous warrior of Vior'la, Farsight's greatest victories were against the Orks on the oxide-desserts of Arkunahsa. It was his tactical brilliance that earned O'Shovah his famous title ‘Farsight'.

The Contemptor Dreadnought is a fusion of traditional technologies and arcane cybernetic lore, its impressive speed and strength fuelled by the powerful atomantic reactor that also supplies the defensive energy fields which further increase its durability. The kit includes the components to build four different heavy weapons – a Gravis autocannon, Gravis bolt cannon, Gravis lascannon, and Gravis melta cannon – each of which can be mounted on either of your Contemptor's arms. It also builds an additional left-handed Gravis power fist, which can be assembled with claws or blunt fingers, and sports your choice of in-built weapon – a combi-bolter, graviton gun, heavy flamer, meltagun, or plasma blaster. • Craftworlds Spiritseer

Spiritseers are those upon the Witch Path who are called to commune with the dead – a chilling concept, even amongst the Asuryani. Although their main task is to shepherd wraithbone constructs to battle, a Spiritseer can also use their psychic abilities to aid the greater Asuryani warhost. By their eldritch powers are friendly troops enshrouded in mist, or foes illuminated or struck down with mystic bolts of energy.

A Spiritseer is an HQ choice available to the Craftworld Aeldari – known as the Asuryani – though they can also be called upon to join the Ynnari. Each is a skilled psyker on the battlefield, able to wield powers from the Ruins of Battle discipline. They work especially well alongside Spirit Host units such as Wraithguard and towering Wraithknights, where the Spiritseer’s otherworldly Spirit Mark will enhance the accuracy of the mighty ghost warriors.

A Spiritseer stands with one foot planted on a ruined piece of architecture. The miniature carries a witch staff in one hand and an Aeldari blade in the other. A shuriken pistol rests in a holster attached to the Spiritseer’s sash.

The right arm has a choice of wraithcannon, ghostglaive or suncannon. • Crawlocke the Jailor and Chainghasts

Spirit Torments such as Crawlocke are entrusted with a duty Nagash considers vitally important – it is their role to capture the souls of transgressors, those who have escaped their due fate. A Spirit Torment draws its victim’s soul into its shacklegheist chains, heavy bonds forged of malefic iron and tempered by fell ritual. The accompanying Chainghasts are such eternally-imprisoned victims, bound to automatically obey every command of their Spirit Torment master, doomed to an inexplicable but impossible yearning for freedom.

This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble Crawlocke the Jailor – a Spirit Torment – and 2 accompanying Chainghasts. Crawlocke himself is little more than an ethereal wisp, with emaciated arms reaching from under a shroud – featuring the tormented faces of the damned – to grasp his large, ensorcelled padlock and set of heavy keys, which are used to belabour the living. There are 3 choices of grim face mask for the Spirit Torment, and his ethereal form is trapped within a confining gibbet cage, from which a grave-sand filled hourglass dangles. The accompanying Chainghasts each carry a pair of Ghastflails, with robes covering their forms. There are 4 different masks available for the Chainghasts, each entirely closed and sinister, and there are included 8 pieces of scenery detritus – sections of gibbet, broken locks and metal – with which to decorate the bases.

This kit comes as 30 components, and is supplied with 2 Citadel 32mm Round bases and a Citadel 40mm Round base.
