The Avenger Strike Fighter is a superlative ground attack aircraft designed to operate alongside Solar Auxilia cohorts during planetary invasions. Named for its primary armament, the Avenger bolt cannon, the Avenger excels at performing strafing runs on enemy armoured formations, raking the vulnerable weaker sides of their armoured hulls with mass-reactive bolt shells. The Avenger can also be employed in the secondary role of interceptor, providing close air support for ground troops against enemy bomber squadrons.

The Knight Castigator is a Household’s answer to hordes of lesser foes. Armed with the fearsome Castigator pattern bolt cannon, this Knight is capable of obliterating infantry formations in a thunderous rain of mass reactive explosions and whirling power blades, and carving apart light vehicles with ease. The Cerastus Knight Acheron is a fearsome sight on the battlefield, a reaper of lives carefully designed not only to destroy with flames, but also to inspire terror both in appearance and the manner in which it undertakes its grim task.

Even in the Age of Darkness, the monumental architecture of the fledgling Imperium tends towards impressive edifices, a combination of baroque and gothic elements mixed with militaristic structures designed to stand in even the harshest environments.

Even in the glory days of the 31st Millennium, many worlds of the Imperium favoured a gothic aesthetic in their cities. Towering spires encrusted with gargoyles, domed roofs and vaulted windows featured heavily in their construction, lending the Imperium's colonies a distinctive look and feel.

Drop pods are self-contained, recoverable orbital descent capsules, each designed to carry a squad of Space Marines or deliver lethal fire support. They are showered down from orbit like ordnance, allowing surprise attacks and precision combat drops to punch down right into the midst of active war zones.

The Malcador battle tank possesses a number of advantages to its design, the principal of which is its battle speed, which is truly formidable for a tank of its size thanks to a highly sophisticated drive system. By the time of the Horus Heresy, they saw use with second line Imperial Army units, while the focus moved on to smaller, more tactically flexible tanks. The Solar Auxilia are the elite corps of the Imperial Army, recruited from all across the galaxy. The soldiers of the Solar Auxilia are equipped with the weapons and gear to persecute war in some of the harshest environments imaginable. Though outmatched individually by the mighty Space Marines, these troops are far greater in number and prepared to throw down their lives for the cause – whether sworn to the Golden Throne of Terra, or the ambition of the Imperium's rebellious Warmaster.

The Dracosan Armoured Transport is a heavily armed and highly durable personnel carrier, each large enough to accommodate a full strength Solar Auxilia Infantry Section, and tough enough to protect its cargo from all but the most intense of enemy fire.

The Storm Eagle Assault Gunship is a dedicated tactical strike unit primarily used deployed in a Legion's orbital assault and for low-level ground attack. Rugged and durable, the power of the Storm Eagle lies in its versatility, serving capably as a long-range transport, orbital shuttle, scout and as an interceptor in addition to its primary roles.

Termite Assault Drills are deployed against the most stubborn and intractable positions. These subterranean transports use a potent rock drill to pass swiftly below a planetary surface, employing a melta array to annihilate even the most resilient obstacles. When the Termites emerge, they deploy the complement of Legiones Astartes warriors carried within their hulls, unleashing them behind the unsuspecting enemy lines.
