Citadel Contrast: Black Legion

This acrylic paint, made by Vallejo, is designed for painting second world war and similar military paint schemes on miniature wargaming models. This paint bottle is one of the selected colours used by Battlefront Miniatures to make up their Flames Of War paint sets, although it is also ideal for Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 models, made by Games Workshop. Vallejo is a specialist acrylic paint company based in Spain who have been manufacturing paint for the hobby and wargaming markets since 1965.

The colors are supplied in 17ml plastic bottles with eyedropper.

Vallejo Metal Colour is a range of 17 water-based metallic colours, especially designed for airbrushing.

In the development of this new and innovative range, the latest generation of aluminium pigments has been used in a specifically designed formula to produce colours of exceptional resistance and adherence to plastics and metal.

Can be applied directly on models without the need for the use of a primer, although to enhance the metallic look of the paint it is recommended to first apply a gloss Black Primer.

This Citadel Shade or wash is designed to flow over other colours and into the recesses of a miniature helping to really bring out the detail. It is a non toxic, water based acrylic paint designed for use on all types of miniature.
