Malcador Heavy Tanks are mighty armoured vehicles, based on ancient designs dating back to the Age of Strife on Terra itself. These imposing battle tanks are larger and heavier than the Leman Russ, but boast a truly formidable battle speed for their size thanks to highly sophisticated – if somewhat temperamental – drive systems. Operating with the support of Solar Auxilia infantry sections and more flexible armoured assets, a Malcador Heavy Tank can unleash a terrifying fusillade of frontal firepower.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Malcador Heavy Tank, an imposing Solar Auxilia armoured vehicle. The tank can be armed with one of three turret weapons – a battlecannon, twin heavy lascannons, or a long-barrelled Vanquisher battlecannon. It also sports a hull-mounted gun and a pair of sponson weapons – the kit provides enough heavy bolters, lascannons, autocannons, multi-lasers, and heavy flamers for each mount, plus an explosive demolisher cannon for the hull. The turret and weapon mounts feature glueless assembly, allowing you to adjust their positions mid-game.

The kit includes components to upgrade your Malcador Heavy Tank with a hunter-killer missile, flare shield, and dozer blade. The turret hatch can be built with closed doors, or opened for a Solar Auxilia gunner with a pintle-mounted weapon – a heavy flamer, multi-laser, or heavy stubber. You'll also find plenty of cosmetic options, such as sigils, armour patches, a spotter, and a choice of crew heads.

This kit comprises 170 plastic components, as well as a Solar Auxilia Vehicle Transfer Sheet containing 180 high-quality waterslide transfers. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

  • Legions Imperialis: Solar Auxilia Support

The Solar Auxilia are well equipped to engage in every theatre of battle, against every type of foe. • Legions Imperialis: Spartan Assault Tanks

Spartan Assault Tanks carry large numbers of Space Marines into the very heart of the battle. Mounting armaments comparable to the Legion’s super-heavy armoured vehicles and protected by heavy layers of armour plating, these tanks are considered by many to be akin to a mobile fortress.

Spartan Assault Tanks can be fielded in games of Legions Imperialis in dedicated Legion Spartan Detachments by both Legiones Astartes and Traitor Astartes armies and as allies in Solar Auxilia armies. They can be equipped with a choice of sponson-mounted quad lascannons or laser destroyers, and hull-mounted heavy bolters or lascannons. Additionally, they can be built with or without a tank commander, and optional pintle-mounted heavy bolter or multi-melta.

This kit comprises 120 plastic components to build four epic-scale Spartan Assault Tanks for use in games of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – Legions Imperialis. It also includes a Legiones Astartes Legion Vehicle Transfer Sheet containing 1,130 decals featuring symbols for various Space Marines Legions and numerals, squad, honour, and kill markings.

  • Legions Imperialis: Malcador Infernus/Valdors

The Malcador Infernus and Valdor Tank Hunter are both variants of the ubiquitous Malcador tank, using its resilient and mobile chassis to carry specialised heavy weaponry. The raw power of the Malcador Infernus is almost inescapable for its foes, as it shoots terrifying jets of all-consuming flame for extended periods. Conversely, the Valdor Tank Hunter focuses on hardened targets, living up to its name by unleashing its neutron beam laser on armoured vehicles to devastating effect.

This multipart plastic kit builds four epic scale Solar Auxilia heavy tanks, built around the formidable Malcador chassis – two Malcador Infernus flame tanks, and two Valdor Tank Hunters. The Malcador Infernus is mounted with an inferno gun for burning infantry out of dense cover, and trailed by a separate fuel tanker, while the Valdor Tank Hunter is armed with a powerful neutron beam laser. Each of these heavy tanks can be built with or without a tank commander, and comes with a choice of paired autocannon or lascannon sponsons.
