Game and Rules
A fast paced tabletop miniatures game, Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team pits teams of elite specialists, ragtag zealots and hard-bitten veterans against each other in vicious skirmish battles to the bitter end. A single squad of well-trained and well-equipped warriors can tip the balance of a wider conflict – with Kill Team, you'll play through countless stories of your own devising that could alter the fate of the galaxy itself.

Games of Kill Team are based around small but powerful squads of warriors rather than huge armies. Every single model commanded is vitally important to your strategy, and will develop its own personality, history and abilities with each game you play.

  • Kill Team: Annual 2023

After thousands of years adrift in the warp, the space hulk Gallowdark has emerged into realspace. A colossal, moon-sized derelict inhabited by mutants, aliens, and things known only by the screams of their victims, the Gallowdark's shadowy depths hold prizes beyond comprehension – ancient treasures, arcane weapons, and secrets forgotten to the galaxy. Kill teams of deadly operatives stalk each other through winding corridors and decaying machinery, conducting daring raids, assassinations, sabotage, and epic last stands that engulf the Gallowdark in a shadow war.

  • Kill Team: Compendium

While many kill teams, such as those of the Deathwatch Space Marines, are made up of hand-picked, specially trained warriors, others are taken from the rank and file of the galaxy’s many armies. While these impromptu operatives are often given little more than a mission description and a firm pat on the back, the harsh conditions of a killzone quickly turn them into hardened veterans in their own right.

Kill Team: Compendium is the definitive 168-page resource for bringing 19 different factions into the world of tabletop skirmish combat, featuring almost every major faction from Warhammer 40,000. From daring Tempestus Scions to disciplined T’au Hunter Cadres, armies from across the galaxy can now put forward their best and brightest to undertake dangerous missions behind enemy lines.

    Inside, you'll find:

    - Datacards, Ploys, and equipment for 19 factions ranging from Adeptus Astartes to Genestealer Cults
    - Details about fire teams, the small groups of operatives that make up a full-size kill team
    - A stunning collection of model photography and artwork featuring kill teams and their operatives

The full list of factions available in this book is as follows:
    Space Marines
    Grey Knights
    Imperial Guard
    Forge World
    Ecclesiarchy
    Talons of the Emperor
    Traitor Space Marines

  • Kill Team: Core Book

Guns blaze and blades clash amidst the shadows of gothic hellscapes as kill teams fight for supremacy. Hard-bitten saboteurs dash through hails of crossfire to plant their explosive charges. Hulking gunners bombard enemy positions with massive cannons, pinning the foe down even as sword-wielding bladesmen and keen-eyed snipers move in for the kill. Through the ruins of towering cities, along the twisting corridors of derelict spacecraft, and among the glittering remains of once-glorious cathedrums, the kill teams seek to complete their vital missions. Whether it’s assassination, reconnaissance, sabotage, or dark ritual, the fates of entire worlds may hang on to their success or failure.

  • Kill Team: Killzones

The shadow wars of the 41st Millennium are more widely fought than many suspect. Hazardous frontiers and sanctified districts are fought over by elite operatives, while other combatants strive to evade hidden fangs in death world jungles. Warriors clash among vaulted warehouses and dense machinery, and ordnance drowns out the skirmishes fought across defence networks.

This book describes the varied environments in which kill teams operate, and gives you the rules to fight battles across six such killzones. Each set of rules provides missions, tactics, and more to allow you to customise your game to your tastes.

Inside this 112-page book, you will find background, rules, tactics, and missions for playing games of Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team in six different environments:

    – Death World Forests
    – Sector Mechanicus
    – Sector Munitorum
    – Wall of Martyrs
    – Sector Fronteris
    – Sector Sanctoris

Each set of killzone rules includes:

    – An environment table
    – Two narrative play missions (for a total of 12 in the book)
    – Two matched play missions (for a total of 12 in the book)
    – 12 Tactics (for a total of 96 in the book)
