We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that you email us using the "contact us" form at the top of this page within 7 working days of delivery, and return the goods unopened. This complies fully with the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations.

During the Christmas period from 15th December to 15th January this notice period is extended to 14 working days to allow for unwanted gifts.

The security stuff

Your safety is guaranteed because WarGameStore.com uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.

After you click on the "Proceed To Secure Checkout" button, or when you sign up to an account with us, secure pages are indicated by:

• the web address changing from http to https.
• a padlock or key symbol appearing in the status bar of your web browser.

The general stuff

We are the biggest independent online retailer of Games Workshop products.

We hold stock of everything we advertise on the site, which you can check on the relevant product page.

We may occasionally show an "out of stock" message but this means the product has been reordered and will usually arrive within the following 48 hours.

We despatch at least 95% of orders within 24 hours.

We offer a discount of at least 10-15% off retail prices. There are a few exceptions to this but these are clearly marked on the product pages.

We can keep prices low because we don't have a high street shop and all our stock is supplied to us direct from the manufacturers. We order from Games Workshop several times a week

We take a commonsense approach to the despatch of an order that contains some products that are not yet available together with current catalogue items. We will despatch them seperately if the release dates are more than a week apart. We will not keep you waiting until the last product is released.

We charge £2.99 for postage and packing regardless of how much you order. We send the majority of orders by first class Royal Mail and we box even the smallest order for complete protection in transit.
