As a Warhammer Flamespyre Phoenix grows older, its plumage loses its fiery heat; it grows heavy with frost and ice and transforms into a Frostheart Pheonix.
For the Flamespyre Phoenix, the tail, body and wings display a magical trail of flames; for the Frostheart Phoenix, the trail is of frost and ice.
Both Warhammer creatures are displayed on an extended flying stand that slots into large blocks of masonry. Riding the Flamespyre Phoenix is an Anointed of Asuryan (also usable on foot) whilst the Frostheart Phoenix is ridden by Caradryan.
