There are two main species of Gaunts, the Termagants who are equiped with ranged weapons and the Hormagaunts who are bio-engineered for close combat. A squad consists of between 8 and 32 Tyranid Gaunts. Each Box set contains 16 Tyranid Gaunt models, 8 can be assembled as Termagants and 8 as Hormagaunts there are also enough parts to build a Ripper swarm base.

This Tyranid Gaunts is designed for use with the Games Workshop game Warhammer 40,000.
