After the Last Alliance of Elves and Men and the fall of Sauron, the Witch-King fled to the north and there built the kingdom of Angmar. He sent dark spirits south to the barrows and the skeletal forms of long dead rulers walked once more. Blister contains 2 Barrow Wights.
