100/17 Howitzer Battery (IBX07) with four 105/28 howitzer with crew, Command Rifle team, Staff team and Observer Rifle team.

The 100/17 howitzer was fielded by the Italian Army during the campaign in North Africa. But first saw service as a specialist heavy mountain gun by the Austro-Hungarian forces during the First World War. At the beginning of the 20th century companies such as Skoda and Krupp were leading the world in artillery technology; many of the European nations equipped their armies with guns from the Skoda factories.
